The mobile app is not necessary for the EasyPoints POS extension. If you opt to use the POS extension without the mobile app, a customer will need to tell you their account information to locate and attach their account to their order.
When a customer wants to access and redeem points at your retail location, you will need to manually search for the customer in the Shopify POS app.
Once the customer’s account has been found, they will be able to earn and redeem their points like usual!
